Drying of Crude Plam Kernel Oil & High-Pressure Fractionation
During the handling of the crude palm kernel oil, it contains the moisture, to remove this moisture, it undergoes the drying process. This process involves the double drying process, this equipment’s has two chamber, first time CPKO oil dried in first chamber then it is transfer to the second chamber to further dry the oil to remove all the moisture present in the CPKO.

High Pressure fractionation of Palm kernel Oil to get the CBS
After the drying process completed, dried CPKO transfer to the Highly efficient Crystallizer. Crystallizers have the cooling coil, in which chilled water circulate with the help of booster water pump as per the programmed recipe in the PLC Programme. After the completion of the batch, crystals of the Stearin formed in the CPKO, this crystallized oil transfer to the maturator, to maturate the crystal of stearin, maturation will do by circulation of hot water in the jacket of the maturator. After maturation, this oil sends to high pressure automatic filter to spare the stearin and Olien. The stearin obtained is cocoa butter substitute, this under goes refining process.
